Вилла площадью 1400 м. кв, в современном стиле. Визуализация проекта/Villa with an area of 1400 sq. M., In a modern style. Project visualization

Дом рассчитан семью из 4-х человек.
Композиционно здание имеет П-образну форму в плане.
Дом разделен на приватную и гостевую зоны, приватная зона занимает полностью второй этаж, там расположены хозяйская спальня, детские.
Основной корпус здания рассчитан на проживание только членов семьи, для гостей предусмотрен отдельный гостевой домик на 2 этажа, со спальными местами и автономной кухней.
Первый этаж разделен на два основах блока: на гостевую зону и зону релакса.
Зона релакса включает в себя большой отапливаемый крытый бассейн, смежно с которым расположен тренажерный зал, в зал бассейна можно попасть через спа-зону, где расположены раздевалки, душевая на две кабинки, финская сауна, хамам и комната отдыха.
Главный вход расположен в центре здание, при входе расположены гардеробная и гостевой сан/узел.
права от вход расположены технические помещения включающие в себя гараж на два автомобиля, серверной и катальную с отдельным выходом.
Из гаража есть прямой выход в спа-зону.
Гостевой блок включает в себя: домашний кинотеатр с гостевым санузлом,
Кабинет хозяина, а также кухню-гостиную со столовой и каминной группой.
Радом с кухней удобной доступности расположены подсобные помещения включающие в себя кладовую продуктов, черновую кухню и построчную.
Планировка территории включает в себя центральный сад камней являющийся ядром композиции всего ландшафта, открытый плавательный бассейн, гостевой домик, а также остекленную беседку с камином.
Территория дома имеет собственный огороженный двор, с своей парковкой, при въезде на территорию дома расположены пункт охраны с автоматическими воротами собственной парковкой.
Дом имеет кирпично-монолитный каркас с навесным фасадом с облицовкой керамогранитными плитами, и панорамным остеклением
Проект рассчитан для строительства в центральных и северо-западных регионах России.

The house is designed for a family of 4.
Compositionally, the building has a U-shape in plan.
The house is divided into private and guest zones, the private zone occupies the entire second floor, where the master's bedroom and children's rooms are located.

Relax area includes a large heated indoor pool, adjacent to which there is a gym, the pool hall can be accessed through the spa area, where there are changing rooms, a shower for two cabins, a Finnish sauna, a hammam and a relaxation room.
The main entrance is located in the center building, at the entrance there is a dressing room and a guest bathroom / unit.
right from the entrance there are technical premises including a garage for two cars, a server room and a garages with a separate exit.
There is a direct exit to the spa area from the garage.
Guest block includes: home theater with a guest a bathroom,
The owner's office, as well as a kitchen-living room with a dining room and a fireplace group.
Next to a kitchen of convenient accessibility there are utility rooms that include a pantry, a draft kitchen and a line by line.
The layout of the territory includes a central a garden of stones, which is the core of the composition of the entire landscape, an outdoor swimming pool, a guest house, as well as a glazed gazebo with a fireplace.
The territory of the house has its own fenced yard, with its own parking, at the entrance to the territory of the house there is a security point with automatic gates of its own parking.
The house has a brick-monolithic frame with a curtain facade cladding with ceramic granite slabs and panoramic glazing
The project is designed for buildings and in the central and north-western regions of Russia.
